If an error message "в ответе нет Claim с типом..." appears in response when you try to log in through the SPbPU Single Sign-on System (login and password of student/employee of SPbPU), please, write email to SPbSPU Help Desk Service (lksupport@spbstu.ru) with description of this problem. In the letter you must specify your full name, position/status in the university, login and record book number (for students).
This method is offered for the registered users of SPbPU library and for those who got login-password to enter the Electronic library within the agreement with SPbPU signed personally or by organization where you work or study.
To obtain personal credentials to work with the Electronic Library your organization need to conclude a contract with SPbSPU for using SPbPU Electronic library resources.
