The analysis of interaction of molecular ions with strong electromagnetic fields isvery important to study macromolecules structure. Actual problem in mass spectrometry of labilemolecules is development methods to increase an internal energy of the molecules beforemeasurement of m/z ratio. A fragmentation of molecular ions now studies by interactions with lowenergy electrons and photons of infrared range. In an activation state internal energy of a moleculeconsiderably changes but the total kinetic energy not. Alternative way to achieve the activatedcondition of molecular ions is use of electromagnetic field of MICROWAVE range.
