Целью работы являлась разработка проекта внедрения информационной системы «Бит.Управление медицинским центром»  для перехода с системы Dental4Windows, ну удовлетворяющей функциональным требованиям. Задачи работы: 1. Анализ деятельности компании. 2. Выявление проблем, связанных с действующей информационной системой. 3. Разработка функциональных и технических требований к внедряемой системе. 4. Выбор подходящей системы для внедрения. 5. Моделирование бизнес-процессов, требующих изменения. 6. Планирование этапов проекта. 7. Оценка эффективности внедряемого решения и оценка рисков. Работа выполнена на базе компании ООО «Элефант». Методы: сбор и анализ данных, моделирование процессов, описание требований, планирование этапов проекта, анализ рисков, оценка эффективности проекта. Основные результаты работы: - проведен анализ деятельности компании; - смоделированы основные процессы компании, требующих изменения, в состояниях «AS IS» и «TO BE»; - сформированы функциональные и технические требования к системе; - приведены основные настройки форм внедряемой системы; - проведены оценка эффективности проектов и анализ рынка, а также план действий, при их возникновении. Практическая значимость работы определяется потенциальными результатами реализации в компании проекта внедрения. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута.

The purpose of the work was to develop a project for the implementation of a domestic information system «Bit. Medical center management» for a transition from a system Dental4Windows, which does not include functional requirements needs. Tasks of the work: 1. Company research. 2. Identification of company problems connected to operating information system. 3. Development of functional and technical requirements for the implemented system. 4. Choosing the right system for the implementation. 5. Modeling of the main business processes that need to be changed. 6. Planning the stages of the project. 7. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented solution and risk analysis. Work is performed on the basis of the company LLC Elephant. Methods: data collection and analysis, process modeling, description of requirements, planning the stages of the project, risk analysis, evaluation of project effectiveness. Main results of the work: - an analysis of the company; - modeled the main processes of the company in the "AS IS" and "TO BE" states; - functional and technical requirements for the system have been formed; - the main settings of the forms of the implemented system are given; - risk analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of projects were carried out. The practical significance of the work is determined by the potential results of the implementation of the implementation project in the company. Conclusions. The tasks of the GQP have been solved, the goal has been achieved.
