В ходе реализации 14-го пятилетнего плана Китая, в условиях неопределенности глобальной экономической конъюнктуры, серьезных проблем, вызванных изменением климата, и неотложных потребностей , связанных со структурными преобразованиями внутренней экономики, "зеленое финансирование" стало ключевым средством содействия "зеленой " трансформации экономики. экономика играет немаловажную роль в реализации скоординированного экологического и экономического развития провинции Ганьсу.Общие Государственный секретарь Си Цзиньпин неоднократно отмечал, что "зеленое" развитие является неизбежной тенденцией для построения высококачественной модернизированной экономической системы, и поэтому тема "зеленых" финансов привлекла беспрецедентное внимание и продвигается на национальном стратегическом уровне. During the implementation of Chinas ‘14th Five-Year Plan’, in the face of the uncertainty of the global economic environment, the severe challenges brought about by climate change, and the urgent needs of the pressure of domestic economic structural transformation, green finance, as a key means to promote the green transformation of the economy, has a non-negligible role in the realization of coordinated ecological and economic development in Gansu Province.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly pointed out that green development is an inevitable trend for building a high-quality modernized economic system, and the topic of green finance has thus gained unprecedented attention and has been promoted at the national strategic level. Especially in Gansu Province, an important province in the northwest region, the development of green finance is not only related to the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy, but also the key to achieving the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of green finance development in Gansu Province and the challenges it faces, and to propose targeted countermeasures to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of green finance in Gansu Province. This will not only help to promote the rapid development of green finance in Gansu Province, enhance the contribution of green finance in regional economic development, but also provide useful reference for Gansu Province and other similar regions, and help realize the long-term goal of green, low-carbon and circular development.
