Данная работа посвящена экономическому обоснованию внедрения инноваций в деятельность предприятия гостеприимства. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Дана организационно-экономическая характеристика и проведен анализ внешней среды объекта исследования. 2. Изучены инновации сферы гостеприимства и отобраны те, которые будут способствовать повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия гостеприимства. 3. Обоснована необходимость внедрения инновационных решений в деятельность объекта исследования. 4. Рассчитана эффективность внедрения предлагаемых инноваций. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Волга Премиум Отель». В ходе работы были рассмотрены внутренняя и внешняя среда гостиничного предприятия, проведена оценка его финансового состояния, изучены теоретические аспекты инноваций и процесса их внедрения в деятельность предприятия. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Волга Премиум Отель» ряда технологических инноваций, которые были предложены к внедрению, а также экономическое обоснование целесообразности их внедрения. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы Google, Яндекс. При обработке данных использовались следующие методы: анализ, синтез, группировки, сравнения, графическое представление результатов исследования и другие.

This work is devoted to the economic feasibility of innovation in the activities of the hospitality enterprise. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Organizational and economic characteristics and analysis of the external environment of the object of research are given. 2. Innovations in the field of hospitality are studied and those that will improve the competitiveness of the hospitality enterprise are selected. 3. The necessity of introducing innovative solutions in the activity of the object of research was substantiated. 4. Calculated the effectiveness of the proposed innovation. The work was carried out in the “Volga Premium Hotel”, Limited Liability Company. In the course of the work were considered internal and external environment of the hotel enterprise, assessed its financial condition, studied the theoretical aspects of innovation and the process of their introduction into the activities of the enterprise. The work resulted in the development of several technological innovations for the LLC "Volga Premium Hotel", which were proposed for implementation, as well as the economic feasibility study of their implementation. The search engines Google, Yandex were used when collecting the data necessary to complete the work. The following methods were used in data processing: analysis, synthesis, groupings, comparisons, graphical presentation of research results, and others.
