Цель работы: разработка предложений по совершенствованию патриотического воспитания подростков и молодежи в деятельности военно-патриотических и военно-исторических объединений учреждений по делам молодёжи Санкт-Петербурга. Достижению цели способствовали следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических аспектов государственной молодежной политики в сфере военно-патриотического воспитания. 2. Анализ деятельности военно-патриотических и военно-исторических объединений учреждений по делам молодёжи в Санкт-Петербурге и определение ключевых проблем. 3. Разработка предложений по решению выявленных проблем в сфере военно-патриотического воспитания и оценка эффекта от их реализации. Источниками информации выступили нормативно-правовые акты РФ, научная литература, открытые источники, данные опросов и экспертных интервью. При подготовке работы использованы следующие информационные технологии: обработка массивов данных с использованием Excel; обработка текстовой информации с использованием Word; база данных правовой информации КонсультантПлюс. Предложены практически реализуемые мероприятия и методы по патриотическому воспитанию, способствующие вовлечению подростков и молодежи в деятельность военно-патриотических и военно-исторических объединений учреждений по делам молодёжи, которые могут быть использованы администрациями районов СПб.

The purpose of the work: development of proposals for improving the patriotic education of teenagers and youth in the activities of military-patriotic and military-historical associations of youth institutions of Saint Petersburg. The following objectives have contributed to the achievement of the goal: 1. Study of theoretical aspects of State youth policy in the sphere of military-patriotic education. 2. Analysis of the activity of military-patriotic and military-historical associations of youth institutions in St. Petersburg and identification of key problems. 3. Development of proposals to solve the identified problems in the field of military-patriotic education and evaluation of the effect of their implementation. The sources of information were normative-legal acts of the Russian Federation, scientific literature, open sources, survey data and expert interviews. The following information technologies were used in the preparation of the work: processing of data arrays using Excel; processing of text information using Word; legal information database ConsultantPlus. The thesis offers mechanisms for the implementation of methods of patriotic education for involvement of teenagers and youth in activity of military-patriotic and military-historical associations of institutions for youth affairs, which can be used by administrations of districts of St. Petersburg. Practical measures and methods for patriotic education have been proposed, facilitating the involvement of adolescents and young people in the activities of military-patriotic and military-historical associations of youth institutions, which can be used by administrations of districts of St. Petersburg.
