Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, draw.io, PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU, cyberleninka.ru.
This work is devoted to determining the ability of endophytic bacteria isolated from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni and Lactuca sativa L. to form indoleacetic acid. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the selected topic; 2. study of the growth dynamics of endophytic bacterial cultures Stevia rebaudi-ana Bertoni and Lactuca sativa L. on different versions of the Voroshilova-Dianova nutrient medium; 3. evaluation of the auxinogenicity of the studied endophytic bacterial cultures; 4. comparative analysis of the growth dynamics and auxin-producing activity of the strains. The subjects of the study were strains of endophytic bacteria Bacillus sp. 3 and Bacillus sp. 1.4-5, associated with the plants Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni and Lactuca sativa L. The work was carried out at the Department of Plant Light Physiology and Bi-oproductivity of Agroecosystems, the Laboratory of Regulated Agroecosystems, and the Sector of Ecological Microbiology of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Insti-tution AFI. The analyzed parameters included the growth dynamics of the endophytic cultures, the effect of the nutrient medium composition on bacterial biomass accumula-tion and indoleacetic acid production, and the IAA concentration. The study established that the auxin-producing activity of endophytic bacteria depends on the composition of the nutrient medium and cultivation conditions and varies among different strains. The studied cultures can be considered for further study; however, their use as active auxin producers is not recommended. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used in the work: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, draw.io, PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU, cyber-leninka.ru.
