Исследовано управление знаниями в проектной деятельности организации на основе компетентностного подхода. Выявлены ключевые переменные процессов системы управления знаниями. Разработана концептуальная модель системы управления знаниями. Разработана имитационная модель системы управления знаниями. Проведена апробация модели на основе выбранной организации, проведены эксперименты для прогнозирования эффекта от внедрения системы управления знаниями. На основе модели даны рекомендации для внедрения.

The study of knowledge management in the project activities of the organization on the basis of competence approach. The key variables of knowledge management system processes are revealed. The conceptual model of knowledge management system is developed. A simulation model of knowledge management system is developed. The model was tested on the basis of the selected organization, experiments were conducted to predict the effect of the introduction of knowledge management system. Recommendations are given on the basis of the model.
