Тема ВКР: «Разработка эффективной системы оценки качества на предприятии, предоставляющем таможенные услуги». Предмет исследования – система оценки качества таможенных услуг. Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка модели эффективной системы оценки качества на предприятии, предоставляющем таможенные услуги. В работе использованы такие методы научного исследования, как анализ, сравнение, конкретизация,  формализация, изучение документов и результатов деятельности компании, тестирование, а также графический и табличный методы. Были рассмотрены теоретические аспекты системы оценки качества на предприятии, предоставляющем таможенные услуги, а также проанализирован понятийный аппарат в рамках темы. В работе был произведен анализ деятельности данного предприятия как лидера на рынке таможенных представителей, также была описана и оценена эффективность действующей на предприятии системы оценки качества таможенных услуг. Результаты ВКР: разработана и предложена модель эффективной системы оценки качества для предприятия, оказывающего таможенные услуги, состоящая из перечня мероприятий и основной методики. Оценена эффективность разработанной системы. Область применения результатов  ВКР: основа для создания системы оценки качества для предприятий «околотаможенной» сферы. Выводы: предприятие, оказывающее таможенные услуги, за счёт предложенных мероприятий в рамках создания эффективной системы оценки качества таможенных услуг сможет оптимизировать эффективность деятельности предприятия и повысить свою конкурентоспособность на рынке таможенных услуг, а также минимизировать экономические потери и предупредить риски оказания некачественных услуг.

The theme of graduate qualification paper is "Development of an effective quality assessment system at an enterprise providing customs services". The subject of the study is the system for assessing the quality of customs services. The purpose of this final qualification work is to develop a model of an effective quality assessment system at an enterprise providing customs services. The work uses such methods of scientific research as analysis, comparison, concretization, formalization, study of documents and results of the company's activities, testing, as well as graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical aspects of the quality assessment system at an enterprise providing customs services were considered, and the conceptual apparatus within the framework of the topic was analyzed. In the work, an analysis was made of the activities of this enterprise as a leader in the market of customs representatives, and the effectiveness of the system for assessing the quality of customs services in the enterprise was also described and evaluated. The results of the graduate qualification paper: a model of an effective quality assessment system for an enterprise providing customs services, consisting of a list of activities and a basic methodology, was developed and proposed. The effectiveness of the developed system is evaluated. The field of application of the  results of the graduate  qualification paper: the basis for creating a quality assessment system for enterprises in the "customs-free" sphere. Conclusions: an enterprise providing customs services, due to the proposed measures within the framework of creating an effective system for assessing the quality of customs services, will be able to optimize the efficiency of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness in the customs services market, as well as minimize economic losses and prevent the risks of providing low-quality services.
