Пособие соответствует СУОС ВПО по направлению подготовки 38.03.02 «Менеджмент», ООП 38.03.02_26 «Международный бизнес (на английском языке)». В работе изложены теоретические основы международного менеджмента; особенности процесса планирования и организации деятельности международных компаний; рассмотрены методики оценки международных экономических операций компаний на глобальном рынке (международная торговля товарами, услугами, технологиями). Предлагаются контрольные вопросы, практические и тестовые задания для самостоятельной работы, помогающие закрепить учебный материал. The course manual corresponds to the SOE HPE in the field of training 38.03.02 – Management, 38.03.02_26 – International business (in English). The authors reveal the theoretical aspects of international management in the context of globalization, such as definitions, objects, functions and methods. The features of strategic planning, business processes and international activity of TNCs are considered. Special attention is paid to the issues of international economic transactions (export-import trade in goods, services, technologies). The authors present methods for assessing the effectiveness of international activity of companies. The control questions, practical and test tasks are offered.
