Учебное пособие формирует: знание российских и международных нормативно-правовых документов, регламентирующих качество и безопасность продукции, умение анализировать требования к маркировке товаров, навыки владения основными методами и приемами проведения оценки качества и идентификации товаров, способами выявления фальсификации. Учебное пособие предназначено для магистрантов высших учебных заведений, обучающихся по направлениям подготовки «Товароведение» и «Управление качеством».

The training manual forms the knowledge of Russian and international regulatory documents which regulate the quality and safety of products, the ability to analyze the requirements to the marking of goods, the skills of mastering the basic methods and techniques of quality assessment and identification of goods, ways to detect falsification. The manual is intended for master's students of higher educational institutions studying in the majors "Commodity science" and "Quality management".
