Annotation
Актуальность исследования заключается в проблеме выявления одарённости детей на спортивно-оздоровительном и начальном этапе спортивной подготовки. Федеральная программа «Одаренные дети» (2002 г.), инициатива президента РФ «Наша новая школа» (2010 г), которые, в основном, ориентированы на выявления, развития и совершенствования одарённых детей и детей с высокими специальными способностями школьного возраста в условиях учебной и спортивной деятельности. Нужно отметить, что в нормативно-правовых документах не затронута проблема развития не академической, не спортивной одаренности детей дошкольного возраста, как в системе образования, так и в системе спорта.
The relevance of the research lies in the problem of revealing the giftedness of children at sports and health improvement and at the initial stage of sports training. Federal program “Gifted Children” (2002), the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation “Our New School” (2010) are mainly focused on identification, and development of gifted children and children with high special abilities of school age in an educational setting and sports activities. It should be noted that the normative legal documents do not touch upon the problem of development of non-academic, non-sports giftedness of preschool children both in the education system and in the sports system.
