В статье рассмотрено использование модели Кано в процессе управления ожиданиями стейкхолдеров компаний металлургической отрасли. Представлена актуальность данной темы и проанализировано влияние использования модели Кано в рассматриваемой отрасли. Приведены ключевые принципы управления стейкхолдерами, их ожиданиями. Для эффективного управления ожиданиями применена модель Кано и выявлены определенные выводы. Результаты исследования могут использоваться, как методы высокоэффективного управления ожиданиями стейкхолдеров в производственных процессах, в частности металлургической, а также для дальнейшего развития и адаптации модели под конкретные предприятия.
The article considers the use of the Kano model in the process of managing the expectations of stakeholders of companies in the metallurgical industry. The relevance of this topic is presented and the impact of using the Kano model in the industry under consideration is analyzed. The key principles of managing stakeholders and their expectations are given. To effectively manage expectations, the Kano model was applied and certain conclusions were identified. The results of the study can be used as methods of highly effective management of stakeholders' expectations in production processes, in particular metallurgical, as well as for further development and adaptation of the model to specific enterprises.
