Данная статья посвящена оценке применимости средств имитационного моделирования (ИМ) при проведении анализа, формализации и реинжиниринга процессов деятельности предприятия сферы услуг, специфика которого заключается в обеспечении предоставления услуги с минимальными затратами в необходимом объеме и качестве для удовлетворения потребностей и запросов клиентов. В работе рассматривается дискретно-событийный подход в программной среде Arena. В заключении сделаны выводы о предпочтительном для моделирования процессов предприятий сферы услуг подходе и выборе соответствующего программного обеспечения, а также описаны перспективы развития дальнейших исследований по данной теме.
This article is devoted to the applicability of simulation modeling (SM) in the serious analysis, formalization, and reengineering of the processes of activity of service enterprises, which define the norms in relation to which decisions are provided for the provision of services, considering the required costs in relation to results and quality for specific clients and clients. The work uses a discrete-event approach in the Arena software environment. Conclusions are drawn about the preferred approach for modeling the processes of service enterprises and the choice of appropriate software, as well as the prospects for the development of further research on this topic.
