В статье рассматриваются психолого-педагогические аспекты преподавания патентоведения в высшей школе как фактор повышения патентной активности студентов и вузов в целом. На основе анализа закономерностей памяти (кривая забывания Эббингауза, эффект Ресторфа, теория когнитивной нагрузки) и законов связи памяти с мышлением, воображением, потребностями и эмоциями обосновывается необходимость перехода от пассивных форм обучения к активным. Показано, что внедрение деловых игр, командного составления формул изобретений, дискуссий и привязка патентного поиска к теме выпускной квалификационной работы способствуют формированию устойчивых профессиональных компетенций и внутренней мотивации к патентованию разработок. В статье приводятся примеры заданий, иллюстрирующих практическое применение рассмотренных психологических теорий. Эффективность предлагаемых педагогических подходов подтверждена опытом их реализации в ходе учебных занятий.
The article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of teaching patent law in higher education as a factor in increasing the patent activity of students and universities as a whole. Based on an analysis of fundamental memory patterns (the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, the von Restorff effect, cognitive load theory) and the laws of the relationship between memory and thinking, imagination, needs, and emotions, the necessity of shifting from passive to active forms of learning is substantiated. It is shown that the introduction of business games, team-based drafting of patent claims, educational discussions, and the integration of patent search into the topic of the final qualifying thesis contribute to the formation of sustainable professional competencies, as well as to the development of students' intrinsic motivation to patent their own developments. Examples of assignments demonstrating the practical application of the psychological theories are given. The effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical approaches is confirmed by the experience of their implementation in actual training sessions.
