В работе рассмотрены результаты анализа данных акустико-эмиссионного контроля (АЭК) промышленного оборудования, особенностью которых является сложность корректной интерпретации в рамках алгоритмов основных оценочных критериев, предлагаемых в нормативных документах. Приведен пример из практики с фактами регистрации такого рода данных, связанных с обнаружением дефекта. Хотя такие ситуации, в принципе, можно отнести к частным случаям, но поскольку они связаны с контролем ОПО, то их сложно игнорировать. Кроме того, их повторение наблюдается при достаточно длительной практике АЭ контроля нефтеперерабатывающего оборудования. Способы обнаружения дефектов с помощью приемов анализа данных, выходящих за рамки основных нормативных способов оценки, можно определить как, своего рода, «локальные критерии». Информация о таких критериях может быть полезна для специалистов, занимающихся АЭ контролем промышленных сосудов и трубопроводов.
The paper considers the results of the data analysis of acoustic emission testing of industrial equipment, the peculiarity of which is the difficulty of correct interpretation within the algorithms of the main evaluation criteria proposed in regulatory documents. An example from practice with the facts of registration of this kind of data related to the detection of a defect is given. Although such situations, in principle, can be attributed to special cases, but since they are related to the control of hazardous production facilities, they are difficult to ignore. In addition, their repetition is observed with a sufficiently long practice of AE testing of oil refining equipment. Methods of detecting defects using data analysis techniques that go beyond the basic regulatory assessment methods can be defined as a kind of "local criteria". Information about such criteria may be useful for specialists involved in the AE control of industrial vessels and pipelines.
