В первой главе рассмотрены вопросы хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, анализ результата деятельности фирмы и общая характеристика ТК. Во второй главе рассмотрены теоретические основы стратегий развития предприятия предприятия. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование работы предприятия.
