Объектом исследования являются методы управления персоналом организации. Цель работы - разработка методики управления персоналом и предоставление рекомендаций по внедрению данной методики в рассматриваемую организацию. В процессе работы проводился анализ существующих методов и моделей управления персоналом, анализ применения методов управления персоналом в компании. В результате исследования была разработана комплексная методика управления персоналом с учетом специфики организации и сформулированы рекомендации по внедрению методики в рассматриваемую организацию в виде алгоритма. Помимо основных результатов были получены различные таблицы и схемы, которые выступают логическим завершением отдельных пунктов общей работы или выделением наиболее важных моментов анализа.
