Цель выпускной квалификационной работы - теоретически обосновать и разработать мероприятия по усовершенствованию существующей на предприятии кадровой политики. В ходе написания данной работы автором были раскрыты теоретические основы формирования кадровой политики предприятия; дана общая характеристика ООО «Мастер Сервис» и основных направлений его деятельности; проведен анализ кадрового потенциала и кадровой политики компании; выявлены существующие проблемы и недостатки по теме исследования и разработан комплекс мероприятий по их устранению.

The purpose of the graduation qualifying work is to substantiate theoretically the personnel policy and to work out recommendations for its improvement. While writing the work the authors has described the theoretical foundations of the formation of the personnel policy of the enterprise; has given the general characteristic of "Master Service" and the main directions of its activity; has analyzed of human resources and personnel policy of the company; has revealed the existing problems and deficiencies relating to research and developed a set of measures to eliminate them.
