В работе представлен анализ понятия «поликультурная образовательная среда» через ее базисные составляющие - «среда» и «образовательная среда». Рассмотрены основные компоненты, из которых складывается поликультурная образовательная среда. Изучены проблемы организации поликультурной образовательной среды в высшем учебном заведении. Дано определение понятия «адаптация», выделены ее виды. Представлены факторы успешной адаптации иностранных студентов к поликультурной образовательной среде российского вуза. Опытным путем обоснована адаптированность студентов-первокурсников к обучению и взаимодействию в условиях поликультурной образовательной среды Санкт-Петербургского политехнического университета Петра Великого.
The work provides the analysis of the concept of "multicultural educational environment" through its basic components - "environment" and "educational envi-ronment". The main elements that integrate multicultural educational environment are considered. The organization of multicultural educational environment within higher education is investigated. The definition of the term "adaptation" is given. The main types of adaptation are identified. The factors of the successful adaptation of foreign students to the multicultural educational environment of Russian higher education institution are presented. The successful adaptation of students to learning and interaction within multicultural educational environment of higher education environment of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University is substantiated empirically.
