Данная работа посвящена исследованию экономической деятельности предприятия индустрии гостеприимства, в частности эффективности экономической деятельности и оценке перспектив его развития. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Описание теоретических основ анализа экономической деятельности предприятия; 2. Описание возможных перспектив развития предприятия индустрии гостеприимства; 3. Изложение экономико-организационной характеристики предприятия; 4. Анализ финансового состояния предприятия; 5. Анализ ресурсного потенциала предприятия; 6. Оценка перспектив развития предприятия в современных условиях экономики. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Чей Чемодан Отель», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: характеристики экономико-организационной деятельности. Для решения поставленных задач использовался комплекс взаимодополняющих методов исследования: методы теоретического анализа литературы по исследуемой проблеме, совокупность методов экономического анализа, методы синтеза и анализа экономической информации. Данные для анализа взяты из бухгалтерской отчетности финансового состояния за 2018-2019 годы. В результате был проведён анализ финансового состояния предприятия и были сделаны соответствующие выводы по проделанной работе: предприятие обладает хорошей финансовой устойчивостью, но ввиду нынешней ситуации необходимо придерживаться рекомендуемым мерам, которые могут сохранить ресурсы в условиях минимального спроса и восстановиться с наименьшими потерями в будущем. Основными мерами по преодолению кризисной, по мнению автора, являются: минимизация затрат, сохранение кадров и смена стратегии развития предприятия.

This work is devoted to the study of the economic activity of the enterprise in the hospitality industry, such as the efficiency of economic activity and the evaluation of its development perspectives. The themes that were discussed during the research are as follows. 1. Description of the theoretical foundations of the analysis of economic activity of the enterprise; 2. Description of possible prospects for the development of the hospitality industry; 3. Presentation of the economic and organizational characteristics of the enterprise; 4. Analysis of the financial condition of the company; 5. Analysis of the resource potential of the enterprise; 6. Evaluation of the company's development prospects in modern economic conditions. The work was carried out based on LLC "Whose Suitcase Hotel", where a significant part of the actual material was collected such as characteristics of economic and organizational activities. In order to discuss these themes, we used a set of complementary research methods: methods of theoretical analysis of the literature about the research topic, a set of methods of economic analysis, methods of synthesis and analysis of economic information. The data for analysis is taken from the accounting statements of the financial condition for 2018-2019. As a result, the analysis of the financial condition of the company was performed and appropriate conclusions about the work were done. The company has good financial stability but due to current situation it is necessary to follow the suggested measures, which can save resources in terms of minimum demand and recover with minimal losses in the future. The main ways to overcome the crisis, according to the author, are as follows: minimizing costs, retaining personnel and changing the company's development strategy.
