Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ экономической деятельности управляющей компании и оценка перспектив ее развития». Данная работа посвящена исследованию экономической деятельности предприятия в сфере управления многоквартирными домами, в частности оценке эффективности экономической деятельности управляющей компании и оценке перспектив её развития. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Определение понятия и сущности экономического анализа, характеристика основных видов и особенностей анализа, а также изучение показателей, характеризующих экономическую деятельность управляющих компаний. 2. Изучение организационно-экономической деятельности управляющей компании ООО «Эксплуатации Главстрой-СПб». 3. Анализ финансового состояние предприятия в сфере управления многоквартирными домами ООО «Эксплуатации Главстрой-СПб». 4. Определение возможных направлений развития и путей улучшения финансового состояния управляющей компании ООО «Эксплуатации Главстрой-СПб». Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Эксплуатации Главстрой-СПб». В ходе работы была рассмотрена финансово-хозяйственная деятельность предприятия в сфере управления многоквартирными домами, проанализированы основные показатели результатов деятельности и дана оценка экономической эффективности деятельности управляющей компании. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Эксплуатации Главстрой-СПб» рекомендаций, направленных на улучшение финансового состояния предприятия, к которым относятся закупка нового, более мощного оборудования, а также создание новой коммерческой услуги для жителей многоквартирных домов. На основе полученных данных было принято решение повышать выручку предприятия за счет улучшения качества обслуживания.

This work is devoted to the study of the economic activity of the enterprise in the field of management of apartment buildings, in particular, the assessment of the effectiveness of the economic activity of the management company and the assessment of its development prospects. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Definition of the concept and essence of economic analysis, characteristics of the main types and features of analysis, as well as the study of indicators characterizing the economic activity of management companies. 2. Study of the organizational and economic activities of the management company LLC "Operation Glavstroy-SPb". 3. Analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise in the field of management of apartment buildings LLC "Operation Glavstroy-SPb". 4. Determination of possible directions of development and ways to improve the financial condition of the management company LLC "Operation Glavstroy-SPb". The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company "Operation Glavstroy-SPb". In the course of the work, the financial and economic activities of the enterprise in the field of management of apartment buildings were reviewed, the main indicators of the results of activities were analyzed and the economic efficiency of the management company was assessed. The result of the work was the development of recommendations for LLC "Operation Glavstroy-SPb" aimed at improving the financial condition of the enterprise, which include the purchase of new, more powerful equipment, as well as the creation of a new commercial service for residents of apartment buildings. Based on the data obtained, it was decided to increase the company's revenue by improving the quality of service.
