Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения CRM-системы на предприятии «Easysoft», занимающемся разработкой ПО».            Цель работы – разработка проекта внедрения CRM-системы на предприятии, занимающимся разработкой ПО».Задачи работы:- выявление проблем, требующих информационной поддержки;- выбор решения;- разработка проекта внедрения информационной системы;- оценка экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению.Методы: сбор и обработка данных, анализ данных, сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный анализ решений, моделирование бизнес–процессов, построение календарного плана, методы оценки эффективности проектов.Результаты работы:- выявлены проблемы предприятия ООО «Easysoft», требующих информационной поддержки;- осуществлен выбор решения с использованием мультикритериального анализа;- разработан проект внедрения информационной системы;- произведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению.Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности: внедрение CRM-системы обеспечивает эффективную работу с клиентами.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: “Development of a project of CRM-system implementation of in software company”.The purpose of the work is development of a project of CRM-system implementation.Tasks of work:- analysis of the company's activities, identification of problems requiring automation, formation of requirements for the crm implementation;- selection of a decision;- development of a project of CRM implementation;- evaluation of the economical effectiveness of the implementation of CRM.Methods: data collection and processing, business process modeling, comparative analysis, evaluation of the economical effectiveness of the project.Results of the work:- the analysis of activity is carried out, problems in customer relationship management was revealed, the requirements for the CRM have been formed;- variants of CRM-systems are considered and the most suitable choice is selected;- a project for the implementation of  CRM has been developed;- economical effectiveness of the project was evaluated.The practical significance of the work is due to the results of the economical effectiveness evaluatuion: the introduction of CRM provides better management in work with clients, which makes work of a company more effective.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
