Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию подсистем предварительной и текущей оценки персонала организации с учетом внедрения новых мероприятий. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение системы оценки и аттестации персонала предприятия. 2. Исследование структуры агентства недвижимости «Монолит Плюс», а также анализ внешней среды. 3. Анализ действующей системы оценки и аттестации персонала агентства недвижимости «Монолит Плюс». 4. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы оценки и аттестации персонала агентства недвижимости «Монолит Плюс». 5. Экономическое обоснование внедряемых мероприятий. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Монолит Плюс». В ходе работы была рассмотрена внутренняя структура агентства недвижимости, проведён анализ внешней среды, анализ конкурентов, система оценки и аттестации персонала. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Монолит Плюс» программы мероприятий для совершенствования предварительной и текущей оценки персонала на основе современных методик оценивания, которые были предложены к внедрению. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы «Google», «Яндекс» и «Рамблер».

Economic justification of the implemented measures. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company “Monolit Plus”. In the course of the work, In the course of the work, the internal structure of the real estate agency was considered, an analysis of the external environment, analysis of competitors, a system for evaluating and attesting personnel was carried out. The result of the work was the development of a program of measures for “Monolit Plus”. When collecting the data necessary to complete the work, the search engines “Google”, “Yandex” and “Rambler” were used.
