Эта работа посвящена исследованию и сопоставлению различий и сходств в культуре питания между Китаем и Россией. Задачи, решенные в ходе исследования: 1. Рассмотреть историю и традиции русской и китайской кухни; 2. Проанализировать различия между китайскими и российскими ингредиентами и сравнить их друг с другом; 3.Проанализировать способы приготовления пищи в России и Китае и сравнить их друг с другом; 4.Охарактеризовать и сравнить пищевые привычки России и Китая; 5. Рассмотреть и сравнить правила застольного этикета России и Китая. Являясь важной частью национальной культуры, культура питания отражает многие аспекты истории, географии, экономики и социальных обычаев страны. Благодаря углубленному анализу выбора ингредиентов, способов приготовления, столового этикета и привычек питания в двух странах, это исследование раскрывает уникальность и взаимное влияние культуры питания двух стран. В заключении отмечается, что, хотя Китай и Россия имеют много различий в культуре питания, у двух стран также есть много общего, например, любовь к еде и стремление к ее приобретению. Углубленное исследование и понимание кулинарных культур двух стран поможет укрепить взаимопонимание и дружбу между двумя народами и будет способствовать всестороннему развитию международных культурных обменов.

This work is devoted to the study and comparison of differences and similarities in food culture between China and Russia. Tasks solved during the research： 1.Get to know the history and traditions of Russian and Chinese cuisine. 2. Analyze the differences in raw materials between China and Russia. 3. Analyze the cooking methods in Russia and China. 4. Determine the eating habits of residents of Russia and China. 5. Approve the rules of table etiquette in Russia and China.            As an important part of the national culture, food culture reflects many aspects of the countrys history, geography, economy and social customs. Through an in-depth analysis of the choice of ingredients, cooking methods, table etiquette and eating habits in the two countries, this study reveals the uniqueness and mutual influence of the food culture of the two countries. In conclusion, it is noted that although China and Russia have many differences in food culture, the two countries also have a lot in common, for example, a love of food and a desire to acquire it. Through in-depth research and understanding of the culinary cultures of the two countries, this will help strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples and will contribute to the comprehensive development of international cultural exchanges.
