The topic of the final qualification work is "Topological optimization of a front suspension arm for a car". The aim of this work was to create a new model of suspen-sion arm with reduced weight but maintaining the structural strength. During the work, the following tasks were solved: 1. Modeling of the front suspension arm of the car. 2. Static calculation of the original model. 3. Creation of an optimized model that withstands the specified loads with less weight. Static calculations and optimization were carried out in Ansys. The following were analyzed: total displacements, equivalent stresses according to Mises, safety fac-tor and part life (the number of loading cycles before the part begins to break). As a result, a lever model with less mass and increased rigidity was developed.
