The aim of the research is to develop a model for forming foreign language academic speaking skills among students majoring in computational linguistics through the integration of eduScrum technology within the discipline “Foreign  Language: Professionally–Oriented Course”. The research set the following goals: to define the concept of speaking skills, explore their types, and identify the specific features relevant to academic contexts; to analyze assessment criteria for evaluating academic speaking performance; to explore the objectives, content, and principles of Agile methodology; to examine the potential of eduScrum technology in English language teaching and its application for enhancing foreign language academic speaking skills; to develop task complexes that align with eduScrum technology into the educational process and describe the results of the experiment. The data for the research were collected through the implementation of an experimental teaching process, where the effectiveness of the eduScrum technology was assessed in two groups of students majoring in Computational Linguistics. Data were obtained via observations, student assessments, surveys, and peer evaluations conducted throughout the experiment. The study resulted in improvements in the academic speaking skills of the students in the experimental group. Statistical analysis of the results revealed that eduScrum positively impacted key aspects of academic speaking, such as the logical coherence of the speech, use of professional terminology, and overall presentation skills, compared to the control group.
