В данной работе была проведена модернизация установки плазмохимического травления путем разработки подложкодержателя, укомплектованного нагревательным элементом. Разработка модели подложкодержателя проводилась в программе SOLIDWORKS, просчет модели осуществлялся в программе COMSOL Multiphysics.
This abstract is about carrying out modernization of installation for plasma chemical etching. Modernization is to develop substrate holder with heating element inside. Model developing was realized by using SOLIDWORKS program, calculation was carried out in the program COMSOL Multiphysics.
