Объектом исследования является ресторан OOO «LOBBY BAR SENATOR». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является автоматизация бизнес-процессов компании OOO «LOBBY BAR SENATOR». Для достижения цели был проведен комплексный анализ компании, была исследована организационная структура, основные бизнес процессы, а так же был выявлен ряд проблем и методы их решения а именно внедрение информационной системы экран повара. В разработанной базе данных реализована возможность хранения данных, относящихся к материальным средствам, таким как посуда, тарелки, состава, необходимых ингредиентов и заказов, что облегчает работу повара. В результате внедрения информационной системы планируется повышение конкурентоспособности компании на рынке общественного питания, значительно снизив время на обработку заказов и ведение документооборота хозяйственной деятельности.

The object of research is the restaurant OOO «LOBBY BAR SENATOR». The purpose of the final qualifying work is the automatization of business processes of the company OOO "LOBBY BAR SENATOR». To achieve the goal, a full analysis of the company was carried out, the organizational structure, the main business processes were investi-gated, as well as a number of problems and methods of their solution were identified, namely the introduction of the information system chef's screen. This paper describes the stages of implementation and operation of the system. As a result of the introduction of the information system, the com-pany has increased its competitiveness in the catering market, significantly reducing the time for processing orders and conducting economic activities. In the developed database, you can store data relating to dishes, plates, composition, necessary ingredients and orders, which facilitates the work of the cook. Also in the database there is an economic section and customer service section.
